Wellness groups are facilitated learning environments where individuals have the opportunity to learn about a specific topic in wellness and apply the knowledge to their personal experience. The intent is educate individuals and guide them in a meaningful and enjoyable exploration of the wellness topic as it relates to their current health/life situation. Group learning acts as a supportive network connecting like-minded people and deepening the process of self-discovery.

Mindfulness Meditation Groups
Meditation, an ancient Eastern philosophy, is the art and practice of concentration. It has
exploded throughout the Western World due to evidence based research that has shown the
positive effects of meditation on contributing to an internal state of well-being and in the healing
of illness and disease. In this group you will learn how to meditate, the basic components of
meditation, actively practice, and be guided in developing a meditation practice at home.
Freedom from Codependency
If you live the majority of your life tending to and "over supporting" the needs of others,
allowing their personal issues and life dramas to consume you, you are living a relationship
pattern called codependency. This unhealthy relationship behavior can be present at home and
at the work place. Learn the 5 core characteristics of codependent behavior and receive
educational, therapeutic support to change behavioral patterns, reclaim your Self and live your
